Through Work Package 7 (WP7), KINAITICS is responsible for all activities related to the dissemination and exploitation of project outcomes. This work package is led by Pluribus One, which oversees and manages all the WP7 activities.
This document, like the previously submitted Deliverable 7.4 (D7.4), is closely linked with the activities outlined in Deliverables 7.1 (D7.1) and 7.2 (D7.2) and has a focus on the dissemination and exploitation. It highlights the significance of every dissemination and exploitation activity planned and executed throughout the project’s entire lifecycle, ensuring continuous engagement with stakeholders.
Task 7.2 (T7.2), which led to the creation of both D7.4 and this current deliverable, is primarily focused on effectively disseminating and exploiting the project’s results. It ensures that the achievements and findings of the project reach the relevant audiences and stakeholders in a manner that maximizes their impact and practical application.
Moreover, the development and dissemination of knowledge regarding AI-related attacks, cybersecurity defences, available toolsets, methodologies, and the legal and ethical guidelines relevant for policymakers and regulatory bodies, as covered within Work Packages 3 to 6, will be carried out after a comprehensive assessment of intellectual property (IP) rights.
Another critical aspect of the entire Work Package (WP) is the continuous and thorough monitoring of the project’s Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). This process plays a fundamental role in ensuring the project’s overall success by providing a clear framework for assessing progress, identifying potential areas for improvement, and maintaining alignment with the project’s objectives. Through diligent KPI tracking, the team can take timely and informed actions to address any challenges, thereby safeguarding the achievement of the project’s intended outcomes.
D7.4 – Dissemination and exploitation plans M12
Through WP7, KINAITICS addresses all activities related to dissemination and exploitation. Pluribus One leads the whole WP7.
This report follows on from “D7.1 Communication Plans”, which gives special attention to all communication activities planned and implemented throughout the entire project life cycle.
In contrast, the activities on T7.2 Dissemination and Exploitation plans focus mainly on all those tasks related to dissemination and exploitation of the project’s results.
The knowledge of AI attacks and cyber-defences, tool sets, methodologies, and legal and ethical guidelines for policy-makers and regulation bodies within WPs 3 to 6, will be developed and disseminated once IP rights are evaluated.

This deliverable outlines the strategy for communication activities carried out during the execution of the KINAITICS
project. Its structure provides answers to KINAITICS’ partners needs and requirements in that area:
- Recommendations for layout and basic plan for internal communication between participating partners.
- Communication channels and timeline
- External communication strategy
- Visual identity and requirements for external communications
