The course is designed to advance the field of management science in public health and to deepen understanding of SSN organization and relevant organizational models for different assistance programs. The program is divided into seven topic areas, which are covered through frontal lectures, interactive discussions, focused debates, hands-on activities, small group work, role-playing, over a period of more than 200 hours. It also includes a comprehensive project and a final evaluation.
In the upcoming edition, there will be a training course taking place from the summer of 2024 to March 2026. The course will be conducted partly in person at the headquarters of the Scuola Superiore Sant’Anna in Pisa and partly through online means. The sessions will run from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. in person, and for 8 hours when conducted online.
